TRAMPOLINING

Bounce into fun and fitness with the exciting Trampolining program at Dorchester YMCA! These sessions are a fantastic way to improve coordination, balance, and core strength, on an olympic sized trampoline. We offer classes tailored to different age groups, including a session for children aged 5 years to 8 years and another for those aged 8 years to 13 years. Trampolining is a great sport for all abilities, providing a challenging yet enjoyable environment where participants can learn new skills, increase confidence, and experience the thrill of bouncing in a safe and supportive setting.
